[vtkusers] where is vtkWin32OpenGLImageWindow.h?

Hello,
I am testing an appliaction using vtk 4.4.2
distribution for Windows. There is a compiling error
that says cannot open the included
"vtkWin32OpenGLImageWindow.h". I check the vtk include
folder for this header file, but haven't found it. Any
friend help to tell why?
