[vtkusers] compling errors .NET 2003 /help please

Hello,

I am trying to create a VC++ Project for VTK (the example file Cone.cxx) 
using Visual Studio.NET 2003, but am getting the following errors when the 
project was built with VTK 4.2 (downloaded Wintel Pre-Compiled Binaries): 
  
c:\Program Files\vtk42\include\vtk\vtkIOStream.h(71): fatal error C1083: 
Can not open inclue file:“iostream.h”: No such file or directory

It seems a problem of compliance with ANSI C++.  Any suggestions would be 
much appreciated.
