[vtkusers] sudden problem with vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow.cxx

Can you run any games ? Does the opengl demos runs fine ? What version 
of VTK are you using ? Waht is the revision number of 
vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow.cxx ?
