[vtkusers] Compiling VTK 4.2 under MacOS 10.3.2

You may want to try cmake 1.8.3 from Kitware and not the one from fink.
You can also look at the CMakeError.log and any other log files created
by cmake in the build directory.  It may give you a clue as to what is
going wrong.
