[vtkusers] 3D model from 2D slices

I would like to create a 3D-head visualization from a
set 2D images (CT files). All this files were obtained
by manual scanning from the original tomography film
and they are in jpeg format. What should be the proper
steps to do it?
Is there available a tcl script to be used as an
example?
