[vtkusers] vtkScalarBarActor and log scales

Hi,

vtkScalarBarActor will give a log scale if using a vtkLogLookupTable as
the lookup table. However, the description of vtkLogLookupTable advises
you to use vtkLookupTable with SetScaleToLog10() instead. However, this
doesn't give a log scale using vtkScalarBarActor. This seems a bit
inconsistent to me.
Also it might be nice to be able to specify a log scale when using
vtkScalarBarActor with any vtkScalarsToColors sub-class. Perhaps a
method could be added to vtkScalarBarActor to specify this explicitely.
Any comments?
