[vtkusers] I cannot find "VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB" flag

If you are on Unix, under cmake type 't';

/Press [t] to toggle advanced mode (Currently Off)/

On Windows search for advanced mode.

In both case you can just edit CMakeCache.txt and modify the boolean.
