[vtkusers] I cannot find "VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB" flag

Hi.
I got some problem.

I've been using ITK.
Now, I'm just gonna using VTK also.

I downloaded VTK ver 4.2, and tried to build.
They say I shuld turn VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB flag ON and rebuild VTK and ITK.
However, I cannot find VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB flag while configuring with CMAKE. 
(I'm using CMake 1.8p3)

They are build OK but I cannot set VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB.
So, I cannot build ITK with VTK supported.

How can I set VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB flag ON?
