Try to complied vtk4.2 with Pyton but compiler after instructions # cd VTK_ROOT/Wrapping/Python answer with 3 point and nothing else passing. Please send the correct procedure. I'm also interested for liver segmentation and volumes for surgery if there vtk application possible please signal to me. P.Santini
