[vtkusers] Suggestions for a color wheel

I need to create a color wheel to act as a legend for mapping color to
angle.  I'm not sure how I'd like to do this.  I want to have a
(semi)continuous color wheel to show the color around 360degrees rather than
a scalar bar that can't wrap back to itself.

Any suggestions?
