[vtkusers] about run tcl example

Hi, Liu:

You should run the tcl examples by typing "vtk XXX.tcl".

some of the tcl example are old versions when you install vtk 4.x, you can download the latest version from the repository.

  I install the binary vtk version and the tcl script run correctly. When I use the source vtk and compiler it, the Tcl can not run. The error is :
  can not find the vtk package.

  I set the TCLLIBPATH to vtk destination path, however the error is same.

  Maybe I need set the other path, anybody tell me?
