[vtkusers] about run tcl example

Hi,

I install the binary vtk version and the tcl script run correctly. When I use the source vtk and compiler it, the Tcl can not run. The error is :
can not find the vtk package.

I set the TCLLIBPATH to vtk destination path, however the error is same.

Maybe I need set the other path, anybody tell me?
