[vtkusers] Moving a vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow

Dear all,
  I have a vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow that is part of a dialog. However,
I would like to have a button that launches the VTK window into a
separate window as VTK does on default.  This way, the user can resize
it to their liking.  In a nutshell, how do I detach the
vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow from dialog into the default VTK window?
