[vtkusers] Building VTK DLL's?

Hi all,

I've downloaded the VTK 4.4 source and used CMake to
generate the Visual Studio .NET 2003 (v7) project. 
When I build that project, it generates exe and lib
files, but no DLL's.  I tried switching the general
project type to DLL, but it still did the same thing. 
Does anyone know what I need to do in order to build
the Windows DLL's?
