[vtkusers] Can not open include file 'vtkRenderWindow.h', why?

Hi,
I used VTK several monthes ago. My application works fine with vtk. Today I
want to use it again. When I compile my old application, I get the error
message:
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'vtkRenderWindow.h': No such
file or directory
I uninstall my vtk42, then install it again. The problem still can not be
solved. I use Win2000, MFC, vtk42.
