[vtkusers] Problem Building VTK for Visual C++

Hi Everyone
I will be grateful if one of you answer my question.
I'm completley new to visualization ToolKit.
I downloaded VTK Source for windows from KitWare.Then I ran CMake Setup,indicating VTK Source for windows as source build for Visual C++ and I designated a folder for binaries .I left all default options  untouched.Then I opened VTK.dsw and I built VTK.
Is VTK ready to work with visual c++ at this level?How can I inform Visual C++ where VTK libraries are?
