Patrick, search the vtk archives for  "triangulation from surface points". There have been serveral excellent 
discussions on this recently. As always its a good idea to try the 
archives first since most questions of this type have been answered many 
times over.

Hi guys,
how do I get a volumedate which I read with vtkstructuredpointreader into 
vtkstructuredpoint, and how to go on, so that I can render it...
I am glad about any suggestions..
