[vtkusers] installing vtk on redhat 9

hi, I upgraded to Redhat 9 from Redhat 7.2 and when I try
to recompile vtk 4.2 with the vtkParallel on, I get an error
regarding a missing file in redhat 9, mpi++.h I tried to put an
older version of mpi++.h, but vtk still didn't compile. Taking into
account that I didn't see any vtk user complaining about this, I
hope somebody can help me in this matter. Thank you.
