[vtkusers] VTK 4.2 compile on fedora

Hi, I get a compile error when i try to compile from source on a fedora
system:

Building object file vtkTkWidgetsInit.o...
/tmp/VTK/Rendering/vtkTkWidgetsInit.cxx:18:17: tcl.h: No such file or
directory
In file included from /tmp/VTK/Rendering/vtkTkWidgetsInit.cxx:19:
/usr/include/tk.h:68:20: tcl.h: No such file or directory

there is no tcl.h file in /usr/include - does anybody know what is wrong
and how I can fix it?
