[vtkusers] compiling VTK under OS 10.3 for X11

Hi,

I recently upgraded my Mac to OS 10.3. While VTK 4.2 compiles fine when 
using the Carbon interface, it produces a number of errors that halt 
compilation when built as a pure X11 application. Because of some 
problems we've encountered combining VTK with FLTK under Carbon, we 
need to be able to build purely under X. Any suggestions? Has anyone 
else encountered this problem?
