[vtkusers] Please help! - Runtime error

I have an app using vtk 4.2 and itk 1.2.
I used CMake to build and it compiles fine.
My problem is when I run the executable, I get
an error "The procedure entry point could not
be located in the dynamic link library vtkGraphics.dll"

Could it be something to do with how I link the
run-time libraries? Perhaps my Cmake file was not
correct? (thought I modeled it after examples)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
