[vtkusers] including installed vtk in a makefile not using cmake CYGWIN

Hello.

I am trying to insert the path to vtk library in a makefile my department has 
developed. I understand I only need to add the path to 
(my_vtk_path)/vtkbuild/bin where dlls are located, but my makefile doesn't find 
them. On the other hand,I try to add the path to Rendering objects and Common 
objects files, for example, and it doesn't find it neither. Anyone knows how 
may I include it?
