[vtkusers] Multiple vtk-Builds

Hi all,

I have a question, I have a program slicer2 that is based on vtk-X11 and I
have another program mayavi that uses vtk-carbon (no X11 no hybrid). How can
multiple version of vtkbuild coexists? Have someone been in this situation?
