[vtkusers] New VTK QT version for VTK4.2.1

Hello,

thanks for the new VTK version.
I adapted my VTK-QT solution to the new VTK release and update the cylinder
example. The example works fine, but I had no time to adapt other programms
to VTK 4.2.1. You can download a "beta" version of vtk-qt from:
