[vtkusers] vtkPolyDataMapper class

Hi,

What is the aim of the SetScalarRange method  in the vtkPolyDataMapper
class?
I'm using a lut and a vtkFloatArray to color point after point the
vtkPolyData. I get the good texture but the intensity varies with
respect to the number of points in my vtkPolyData. I thought it is due
to this method: SetScalarRange.

May someone help me? Thanks
