[vtkusers] Bug in vtkTetra::Circumsphere

I have found a bug in the vtkTetra::Circumsphere static method. In 
calculating the radius of the sphere, at the end of the routine, it 
performs a sum of squares, but the square root is never taken meaning 
that the returned value is actually the square of the radius, not the 
radius itself.

Can someone fix and commit this bug? I don't have CVS write access.
