[vtkusers] VTK 4.2.1(4.3) and TCL/TK 8.4.2

 Hi All
I have some questions to work with VTK 4.2 and TCL 8.4
1. In Widows CMAKE not correct build sources (without CONST84 )
2. In release after 25.12.2002 vtkTkRenderWidget in Windows crash (in Linux all right)
3. VTK has very old tcl 8.4 headers (not version 8.4.2)
4. My builtings 25.12.2002 work correct in Windows with tcl/tk 8.4.2
5. Where I may read uncompatibilities VTK 4.2 and VTK 4.0(3.2), for example Scalar command
   in VTK 4.2 not available ?
6. May be somebody build VTK 4.2.1 final for Windows with tcl/tk 8.4.2
