[vtkusers] Display problem

Hi everybody,

I've got a testing Debian on an Inspiron Dell 8200 with a nvidia Gforce4.
I've downloaded and installed without trouble the Vtk4.0 sources tarball.
I've compiled it being careful to link with the nvidia OpenGL librairies.
But, when I launch whatever example, it shows the window an disappears 
instantaneously, without any error message.
Other OpenGL binairies - tuxracer, glxgears - work perfectly.

Does anybody has a clue about this issue ?
Any help would be really appreciated.
