[vtkusers] VTK on Python

I thought I had replied to this, looks like my mail didn't reach
anyone!  

Anyway, how did you install VTK?  Did you build from source or did you
download a binary if so which one?  Did you read README.html and
Wrapping/Python/README.txt?
