As Andy said, the cvs version works nicely. You can also grab the AquaTclTk 8.4.1 dmg from the main Tcl/Tk web site. Either one will result in a nice OS X-friendly framework installed into your /Library/Frameworks folder.

Tcl/Tk is implemented with Carbon, and there are currently some problems if you try to use it with Cocoa. On the same note, if you build with Cocoa, you may need to do development using ProjectBuilder. The current OS seems to have a bug if you build a Cocoa application without using Interface Builder.
