[vtkusers] VTK4.2.1 - Tcl missing

Hi,

At vtk4.2.1 binary release (vtk421.exe) the Tcl sub directory on the VTK42/Wrapping/Tcl path is still missing. In such way TCLLIBPATH variable make no sense anymore and a "can´t find package VTK..." message is presented  if VTK-Tcl script is executed.

When a complete VTK release will available?
