[vtkusers] Build problem

Hi all,

 

I have VTK 4.0 that I downloaded from the Kitware site.

It seems that the CMake options VTK_USE_VOLUMEPRO and VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB
are incompatible.

The vtkVolumeProMapper and vtkVolumeProVG500Mapper classes don't compile
with VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB turned on.

1.	Do you know if this conflict was fixed in later releases?
2.	Are there any pre-packaged releases later than 4.0, or do I have to
use CVS?
