[vtkusers] eternal iostream problem C2872 error under VC++ 6.0

Hello,

I browsed the mailing list and found many complaints about
iostream issue under VTK, but none with a clear answer.

error C2872 : ambigous call / symbol on ostream or streambuf or etc.

What is the simplest way to get rid of this error.

I do not use namespace directly in my inheritence tree,
but only in other daughter classes.

I include "iostream.h" in my base object.

Any help is appreciated.

Documented complaints too, if I didn't browse far enough
in the mailing list.
