[vtkusers] VTK on Mac OS X Problem

 Hi everybody,

   I installed VTK on Mac OS X (X11 version). When I run sample
programs in Examples directory (medical1, medical2, and  medical3),
there is only a window and nothing else and I can not get the focus on
this window. I tried mace example. It shows the window but I can not
interact with the program. Mouse does not work and I can not bring the
window on top when I click on the bar above the window. Any suggestions?
