[vtkusers] Why VTK work with Borland Builder and not with Kylix ???

Why VTK work with Borland Builder and not with Kylix
??? 

Is very dificult built VTK with Kylix ?? Why CMake
don´t do this ??? 

I´m new with Kilix and i would like to use VTK and
Kylix.
