[vtkusers] Build completed on OS X, but examples trouble

Yes, that is expected.  Those "examples" are actually for testing.  If you
want to interact with them, run something like this:

./GraphicsCxxTests Mace -I

The "-I" option tells it you are running the test by hand and want to
interact with the window.
