[vtkusers] Coordinate Systems - polydata/imagedata

If I create a structured grid from coordinate data in the form (x,y,z)
and plot it as points the data looks OK (it is a right-handed coordinate
system). However if I convert it to vtkImageData and display it, the
same object seems to be in a different coordinate system i.e left-handed
instead of right-handed. How do I keep the same coordinate system i.e.
right-handed?
