[vtkusers] help on using Marching cubes

Hi,
I can't use vtkMarchingCubes because I can't find the
.h file in the 'include' dir. Then I find it in
'Patented' dir but I can't use it because I need a
.lib file.So how can I settle down this problem?
Is there anybody have experients about using
MarchingCubes?Any suggestion is appreciated.
