[vtkusers] Point Cloud

Hi all ;), 

I was searchig for the solution to my little problem, the file 
reconstructSurface.tcl located in Examples\Modelling\Tcl probably do what 
I´m looking for, how will be the C/C++ Code ? 
Can someone help me ?
