[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader

Marcelo,

	You'll find it here:

VTK/IO/vtkDICOMImageReader[.cxx .h]

But there are still some problems with this class so it is not built by 
default.
Have a look at VTK/IO/CMakeLists.txt
and search for vtkDICOMImageReader

Ps: BTW you need to built VTK with VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB=ON
