[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader

Hi user´s !!!

I get the CVS VTK source, and compiled using CMAKE 167
with Borland on WinXP, there wasn´t any error.

but i can´t find the vtkDICOMImageReader.obj 


What is the problem ???
