[vtkusers] File Dialog?

If you use tcl/tk I think there is a widget called tk_getOpenFile which opens a file selector dialog and allows you to select files.

I need to read/choose various VTK files and directories using a file
dialog in Tcl/Tk. Are there any built in file dialogs in VTK or do I
need to build them myself?
