[vtkusers] Vtk and Borland command line compiler

Hi friends

        Yesterday, I compiled the 4.2.2 VTK release with the Borland command line compiler and all was ok. My questions are:

1.- How can I build the examples by hand with Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 (Command line tools)?

2.- Which defines I must include in the compilation?
