[vtkusers] Color doesn't change with external Open GL render -- ?

Try this:

   glDisable(GL_LIGHTING);
   glColor3f(0,1,0);
   glRectf(.3,-.3,.4,-.4);
   glEnable(GL_LIGHTING);
