[vtkusers] Offscreen Rendering

vtkWin32OffscreenRenderWindow was removed between 3.2 and 4.0. For windows 
users the same functionality can be found in 
vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow::SetOffScreenRendering(1).

I don't know how to do this kind of thing on other platforms - anyone?
