[vtkusers] Offscreen Rendering

I too am looking for a way to do Offscreen rendering in Windows and X-trems.  I have vtk4.2 .
This doesn't have the vtkWin32OffscreenRenderWindow class.  Is there any way to do offscreen
rendering?
