[vtkusers] strange rotation behavior in vtk/c++

Galen,
The problem you are reporting doesn't seems to be related to VTK. I
would rather say it's a video card problem. Are you sure your video card
is well supported under your RH7.3 (to sum up: are you able to play
tuxracer/quake smoothly ?).
