[vtkusers] Build instructions for OS X 10.2.3

I have not had any luck getting a working vtk build on OS 10.2.3.  I have 
Python 2.2.2 w/ Tkinter support via Xfree86 working; eventually I would 
like to get VTK w/python wrapping up and running so I can use MayaVi.  I 
can't even get binaries from builds on older revisions of OS X to run 
(presumably due to a difference in the c-compiler?).
