[vtkusers] VTK and Qt?

Hi,
I've read here about VtkQt package to combine Vtk an Qt together. But on their
VtkQt page http://carol.wins.uva.nl/~dshamoni/myprojects/VtkQt.html they
write something about VTK 4.1.1 to compile VtkQt properly.
How or where can I get VTK4.1.1. The compilation process on my linux RH7.2  with VTK 4.0 , QT 3.0 fail 
on some errors in header files. 
Has anyone made it with VTK4.0?
