[vtkusers] VOI volume rendered is offset to origin?

Hello

I use a VOI which is not anchored at the origin of the grid and I cannot
explain why a volume rendering of it is located at the origin of the
grid (offset from the VOI's Bounding Box), whereas a vtkContourFilter
correctly displays the isosurfaces inside the bounding box of the VOI.

Here is the Tcl script inspired from SimpleRayCast.tcl
